俺毕业不久，半导体工程师作两年。 泰山石化(运输，加油，仓储）有意找我去中国，title: management trainee.
意图呢？按他们一方之言，是公司近两年发展神速，如以下数据，
Turnover（hk $):
3,549k （2005 first half）3,493k（2004） 1,107k（2003）
Gross Profit（hk $):
1,338k （2005 first half）487k（2004）133k（2003）
于是公司找了麦肯锡规划，人家说要re-organization来适应公司变大，也要美国化。我这个职位也是这计划一部分，先到麦肯锡培训三个月，在job-rotation九个月，然后担任某个（要改革的？）部门的manager. 地点不知道在哪， 不过可能在：
a joint venture agreement to develop and operate an oil storage facility on Xiaohu Island in Nansha in Guangdong province at the heart of the Pearl River Delta. We hold a 45% interest in the joint venture. The first phase of development is expected to come on line in mid 2006 with about 370,000 m3 of storage and 11 berths for vessels of between 1,000 dwt and 80,000 dwt. The planned total storage capacity will reach 1 million m3, subject to market conditions.
待遇还没谈，原则是那海外的工资了，其实我关心的是发展，刚过了年到25岁，不知道砸了工程师这铁饭碗，加入这个大江湖值不值...
