royal family recently purchased two diamonds in the States at the price of 15 million US$$. To make sure the quality of diamond was what they paid for, they hired an internationally reputable diamond grading agency for the evaluation. To their surprise, the diamonds had yellowish hue which cannot be spotted by naked eyes, so the value shall be less than half of the price that Saudi paid. Right now several professional diamond graders have already admitted their fraud. I don't know how many people have been taken in over the years. I agree with Blah 兄 never buy those stupid crystal/glass rocks for your wife.
