Well, I guess as a degree graduate with a few years experience, you don't seem to have much logic! If I had to make that decision, you would probably say the same thing back to me...I am money minded person motivated only by financial rewards...so having said that, I would definately go for the job which would pay me the most money with benefits! However, having said that, some career minded people would probably go for the job satisfaction instead of the financial rewards. Therefore, you will have to ask yourself if you are in it for the job satisfaction or the money. The second choice can lead to job dis-satisfication. However, if the rewards compensates for this problem, then I know which choice I would go for, but that is my choice and not everyone would stand by my decision. Think logically and the answer will come....! Make the wrong choice and your career can be somewhat short lived. So I hope my words of wisdom has somewhat helped you a bit! I am a 46 year old senior civil engineer and because I've made the right decision at the start, I am now living a rather healthy lifestyle unmatched by many!
