Responsibilities and Details
Description
In this position, you will be responsible for driving good employee management practices throughout a startup Site/Factory organization in Dalian, China. Responsibilities include managing and administering multi-country (U.S., Ireland, Israel, and China) HR policies and practices in areas such as staffing, compensation, performance management, employee relations and organization and leadership development. You will be working closely with Site/Fab Leadership to understand their future business needs, assess, and translate assessment into agreed upon support plans. You will be interacting with senior leadership of the Site/Factory and also be the point person to ensure employee level transactions are completed. You will be training HR RCGs to assume their HR BP responsibilities. You will be instructing Our company soft skill core and culture classes.
Qualifications
You should possess a Bachelor of Arts degree or a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources or a related career field. Additional qualifications include:
- Minimum of six years in human resources experience (performance management, training and development, including a client facing generalist roll)
- Demonstrated knowledge of human resource laws and practices. Develop and deliver core and culture soft skill classes
- Excellent leadership, consulting, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in Fab support operations and working with line management
- Ability to travel frequently to include internationally for one year
