Role
A team manager will be the owner of the client relationship for a particular engagement and will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality of service delivery. This position also involves playing a proactive business development role. He/she will typically supervise 3-4 projects at a time if required.
Primary Responsibilities
• Responsible for overall client relationship for a given engagement – this should include approving and monitoring the overall work plan
• Quality check – ensuring output meets expected and contractual standards
• People management – Manage teams and troubleshoot through the delivery process, ensuring quality and timely delivery of key outputs to the client
• Would be expected to travel
• Work closely with the onsite sales force on business development initiatives
• Research product development
• Vendor management, expenses, 3rd party activities

• Demonstrated project management ability
• Prior demonstrated client relationship development and management skills
• Strong people management skills
• Language Skills:
o Ability to read and write Mandarin and English
o Fluent in spoken Mandarin (and popular dialects) and English
Experience
• >4 years in relevant industry and role
• Preferred sector focus/industry experience (financial services, pharma, biotech)
Education
• Preferably MBA from A+/A tier institute
