Key accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
•The focal point for Chinese sourcing, fluent in Mandarin and English, written and spoken.
•Establish a supplier network, including selecting and approval suppliers which meet the requirements Scope includes:
oManufacturing (components)
oIntegration Projects (elements)
oCustomer Service and support (spares)
•Create benchmark supplier list for each of the upcoming bidding projects.
•Be responsible, working with global procurement team, for all procurement documentation and process to support the bid team during the bidding stage of the projects.
•Support project team, after project awarded, handling all subcontracts, change orders and other procurement functions as necessary.
•Ensure, jointly with QA, that suppliers consistently meet and exceed out quality expectations according to the Crisplant Quality Plan.
•Ensure on time delivery and problem solving delivery challenges directly with suppliers in country.
•Cultivate strategic relationships with critical suppliers and clarify, manage, and exploit opportunities in the interest of Crisplant and the supplier.
•Develop our key preferred suppliers to meet our needs now and in the future.
•Communicate internally within the function and identify and manage key stakeholder relationships within the Beumer / Crisplant organization and external market place.
Education Bachelor Degree in B.S
Engineering degree is preferred
Training Negotiation
Strategic Purchasing
Global sourcing
Contract Law
Experience 10 years Purchasing
3 years Supervisory Strategic Environment
