Well then, some factors are abvious, such as living cost, child education, future job opportunity, cooperate ladder ...
One thing I suggest you should do some research about is the company cultures and politics. And the most important thing is, try to learn something about your boss. A good boss is far more important than a good company.
One thing I suffered here is my relationship with my boss. I have been very successful on my job in the last two years, and my company is one of the largest in the world. I have led my team to win great reputation across Asia Pacific, and my division is more than doubling in head counts while almost all other organizations remain their same sizes -- that is largely due to my work (and my team's work). However, one mistake I made was I left my boss out of the success story -- then he uses all kinds of means to make me feel uncomfortable. I am transfering to a different organization now.
Although you eventually will find that every time you change your job you always get something better, but the experience like that can be unhappy.
