下面是PIPE市场的League Table，也就是主要的OTCBB市场融资的方式，看看怎么也找不到上面几家公司。而且，人家都是NASD和SIPC的会员，是broker-dealer，从没有说自己是什么NIBA的会员，更没有说自己是“综合类”“证券公司”。而且，买壳上市好像也不需要非得“证券公司”才能操作！
前天同Rodman & Renshaw的一Managing Senior Partner说起此事，他只能说我们来晚了，让“李鬼”抢了头彩。
