职位描述：
Lead application platform team developing architecture framework for large scale, high transaction volume cloud ba<x>sed application systems. Hands on design and coding software systems. Build world class software engineering team.
任职要求：
1. At least 8 years experiences of building large highly-scaled complex applications with a focus on server side technologies and architectures
2. Professional hands-on experience with designing and developing applications using Java, Web-Services, and various data stores in a highly scaled web environment.
3. Strong Java and databa<x>se skills with a deep understanding of modern design, including fluency in applying design patterns.
4. Strong experience building Java-ba<x>sed web applications. You should have hands-on experience with a range of related tools, libraries, and practices, such as: Spring, SOA, Hibernate/iBatis, OSGI.
5. Excellent communication skills; Highly self-directed; Must have effective oral and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate challenging technical concepts.
6. Full software development lifecycle experience, must be comfortable working using Agile methodology as well as iterative methodologies.
