PURPOSE AND objectIVES
As a member of the MNC HR Shared Services Team China, the
Senior Recruiter plays a critical role to ensure the delivery of
quick and efficient recruiting services to our internal
customers.
He/She will be responsible for the recruitment for the MNC
China Service&Support organization, which comprises the
locations Dalian and Shanghai. He/She will also be flexible to
support urgent recruiting needs for other parts of the SAP
organization.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor' s degree
- Deep understanding of recruitment in a competitive labor
market as well as the relevant hiring practices and regulations
- Extensive network with recruitment agents and universities
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, innovative, keen to take ownership
- Strong team spirits
- Independent, reliable and can work under pressure
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Accountable for delivering all required recruitment services to
defined Line of Business in China
- Be proactive and innovative to ensure that, in a competitive labor
market, MNC can identify and win the best talents
- Accountable for managing the whole recruitment process, ranging
from search profile definition, managing the pipeline, candidates
screening to interviewing and offer negotiation
- Organize additional recruiters to support these activities, and
manage vendors to ensure delivery
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers from
the customer Line of Business
- Shape recruitment services for defined cross-topics like vendor
management, selection process etc as part of the Recruitment
Center of Expertise in the China HR Shared Services Center
- Contribute to HR projects which run inside recruitment function, or
across MNC organizations and countries
- Be part of a customer oriented organization with a strong focus on
execution and innovation
WORK EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years recruitment experience with a well-established
multinational company
