1) The candidate should have 10 – 15 years work experience with a reputable telecom carrier/operator.
2) They should have a clear understanding of telco OPEX & CAPEX.
3) The candidate shall have a great deal of empathy for our carrier/telco Customers (i.e. I’ve been there, I’ve done it, I understand your concerns) and be very comfortable in discussions with their personnel from CEO/COO/CTO/CFO level down to the level of Operations staff.
