Global Strategic Recruitment Manager
Location: Shenzhen HQ, China
Reporting Line:
Report to: Corporation Recruitment & Allocation Director
Work with Recruitment Team of Business Units and regions, providing business guidance and support, monitoring and auditing business operation
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies and solutions that are in alignment with business needs;
2. Establish proactive business partner working relationships with business management;
3. Execute the whole spectrum of recruitment related tasks, including identifying key competences of talents; developing major selection criteria; organizing interviews; conducting salary negotiation; making reference checks to the candidates for the key positions;
4. Set up global talent database and recruitment channel system and management platform;
5. Plan and organize global recruitment campaigns and any other related HR duties as and when required;
6. Select and recruit high-level talents in line with the company development plans;
7. Develop a creative approach to the recruitment and selection process;
8. Establish and manage relationship with the external search firms;
