With strong CS fundamentals who can describe the difference between the W3C and IE box models and has been known to have Firebug, and the IE sc<x>ript Debugger running simultaneously. We’re not particular about the years of professional experience but a passion for web technologies and optimizing the user experience is a must.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Previous web development experience in ja<x>vasc<x>ript using AJAX framework.
Phenomenal debugging principles (and perseverance).
Expert in xm<x>l related technologies ( like xPath, xQuery )
Proficient with CSS, HTML, XHTML as well as other web development/production tools
Familiarity with web frameworks like Dojo, prototype or YUI.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Prior experience in personal information management with technologies like SyncML, vCard is a big plus.
Responsibilities include:
Work with product team to assess feasibility and priority of new features.
Develop debugging tools as necessary.
Pro actively recommend architecture changes and suggest new coding practices.
Collaborate with server-side programmers to optimize scalability and network efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with competing technologies.
