Tax Manager-048

Candidate Requirement:

1. Tax, Accounting, or Economics related Bachelor degree or above

2. CICPA(中国注册会计师), or Registered Tax Accountant（中国注册税务师）

2. tax working experience for more than 6 or 7 years . Tax experience in big 4 is preferred.

3. Tax experience on all PRC tax regulations including both corporate taxes and individual income tax

4. fluent in written and oral English and Mandarin

5. good interpersonal skills, open-minded and commitment

Job Profile:

1. Job title: Tax Manager
2. Job location: base in Dalian with certain travels to Shanghai
3. Job scope:

- Manage tax consulting and compliance for the company. and support ad-hoc project/tasks including but not limited to:

1) provide ad-hoc tax advise to ourl biz parnters

2) supervise both coporate and individual income tax compliance

3) provide tax advise on interco charge

4) manage a positive relationship with tax authorities and defend tax audit

5) support ad hoc projects
