Position: Director, Legal and Compliance
Report to: VP,
Main responsibilities:
Legal and Compliance should be responsible for coordinating all legal related
issues for the daily operations including negotiating and analyzing new
investments and financing activities,,etc.,
.. He or she should monitor and observe the regulatory changes, as well as provide
strong supports in compliance with PRC laws.
.. The successful candidate should negotiate with third parties in drafting legal
documents, review all legal reports and contracts in coordination with other
Departments of the Company.
.. In addition, the successful candidate should provide legal counseling and support
to employment and dispute resolution issues.
Qualifications:
.. The ideal candidate, a Bachelor or Master Degree holder in Legal studies, should
have 5 to 8 years professional experience with law firm or multinational company.
.. He or she should be a qualified Lawyer and legal certificate holder, with good
understanding of Chinese law including economic law, advertisement law,
corporate law and industrial-related law, esp. covering solar, environment
protection area. Moreover, the successful candidate should possess good
knowledge of foreign law and regulations, i.e. the law of the United States, Hong
Kong, etc..
.. Excellent proficiency of both written and spoken English is essential.
.. The successful candidate should have strong communication, negotiation,
analytical, judgment, organization skills and problem solving ability.
.. He or she should be detail-oriented, and can work well independently.
