2. 熟悉产品规格的成本、价格间的差异
3. 至少3年以上的相关工作经验
4. 英语一定要流利

负责MNC消费笔记本产品亚太地区的定价、价格策略,定期更新MNC的相关数据(价格、成本与销售的关系等),与其他部门合作沟通(product team,TM segment等),同时需要从其他部门获得相关信息(product management, finance, global supply chain, and competitive price information sources),通过对MNC消费类笔记本产品的价格、成本的研究分析,以提高产品在市场上的占有率,保证MNC的相关策略的执行和流程顺利进行等工作。



Roles and Responsibilities

1. Support the assigned region for monthly top seller business case, weekly WAPP updates, SOH clearance and list price setting

2. Interact with product team to ensure correct information is used and interacts with TM segment to assist in meeting financial goals

3. Ensure that all pricing decisions made are under correct delegations

4. Execute Lenovo’s pricing strategy to achieve financial & market share objectives in the Asia Pacific market for specific product responsibility via sophisticated “best of breed” pricing management

5. Research & utilize regular competitive product “price-feature-value” analysis in order to assist in arriving at data driven pricing decisions; provide regular Pricing Package to internal customers

6. Maintain financial models; Forecast impacts of cost & price changes based on price elasticity & exercise superior judgement in planning for price moves. Owns intraline & interline price positioning

7. Input into & execute pricing programs by sub-region

8. Exercise sustainable procedures & criteria to arrive at solutions that continuously improve the pricing function & its processes

9. Synchronize information from product management, finance, global supply chain, and competitive price information sources to develop list pricing & promotional pricing strategies, and ensure necessary rationale & processes are followed

10. Provide timely, critical, & accurate cost information to the product & regional sales organizations in order to validate pricing direction & expected outcomes

Requirements

1. Expertise in the PC business advantageous; ability to understand & articulate product specification differences with respect to cost & price differences

2. Superior verbal and written communication skills, Team player

3. Proven track record in methodically & meticulously driving solutions for complex problems that involve cross-functional disciplines

4. Successful track record in working remotely; ability to work proactively & autonomously

5. Excellence in problem solving & analysis skills

6. Excellent skills in using English

7. At least3 years relevant work experience
