Business Assistant (Beijing)
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the company’s senior Vice President to handle business affairs.
2. Assist the SVP for world wide communication.
3. Assist the SVP for business program initiatives and project management.
4. Communicate with internal and external senior business leaders and their staff members in accordance with business requirements and needs.
5. Liaise with internal engineering/marketing/operations team to identify work interfaces and coordination of deliverables.
6. Assist with the preparation and submittal of weekly and monthly business review
7. Prepare the Executive with clear background for business meetings, and prepare related materials
8. Professionally manage projects by motivating, persuading and communicating with people
Requirements:
1. Proficient in English, both verbal and written
2. Experienced in one of the following fields: Financing; IT technology; research and development; marketing; business development;
3. Graduated from top universities, MBA is preferred
4. Willing to travel globally
5. Strong analytical sills and communication skills;
6. Open mind and adaptable and receptive to ideas.
7. Good communication, collaboration and well developed team-working skills.
8. Independent, handle projects, cooperative, team working, good in communication; as this role should be able to do project independently
9. Proactive, positive thinking, passionate
