Responsibilities:
1. RFS Tickets: Execution of GIS Change Management Ticket within the given TAT;
2. Online region Monitoring: To ensure that all the production online regions are up on time;
3. Late Job Analysis: To check Request, Ready and Active queue at periodic interval and ensure that all the jobs are running as per schedule;
4. Abend Recovery: To ensure that all the mainframe job abends are resolved/escalated within the TAT.
Requirements:
1. Technical Background:
* Strong Knowledge of server system, Windows, Linux/Unix, etc.
* Knowledge of Solaris, Lotus.
2. Certification:
Certification or Attendance on below Training Course is preferred:
* MCSE, Linux, RHCE, CCNA, CCNP etc.
* Solaris, Lotus.
3. Communication:
* Good communication (written and spoken English)
* Should be able to handle difficulty and pressure situation.
* Japanese/English Bilingual is preferred.
4. Others:
* Should have worked on production environment OR at least should know the seriousness of Production environment.
* Be no problem to work at night time.
