Position: Senior Manager, Budget & Analysis：
职责：
leading Budget & Analysis Team to establish, maintain and improve financial analysis framework
be responsible for set-up of financial models to meet multiple analysis purposes; coaching and supervising completion of periodic financial analysis (variance analysis, fluctuation analysis, etc.) and project financial analysis (NPV / IRR for new projects and capital expenditure, earnings and risk forecast for new business as well as business expansion, etc.); providing reasonable suggestions balancing earning and risk
in accordance with Company Budget Management System, responsible for consolidated planning and budgeting (monthly, quarterly and annual package) and follow-up of budget implementation with division chiefs for variations between budget and actual (based on rolling forecast); involvement in-depth in KPI review for departments regarding implementation of company performance target
support to continuous improvement of ERP system and profit center; guiding and supervising cost analysis; providing suggestions on increase of margin/profitability based on cost analysis; cooperation with relevant departments for continuous cost reduction and expense saving programmeother financial analysis and budgeting tasks as assigned
要求:
BS or above in Finance, Economics or relevant.
Minimum ten-year experience with large manufacturing enterprises in management and coordiantion of financial analysis and planning/budgeting; preferred to have exposure in enterprises with complicated production process and costing structure; experience of managing 20 or more Cost Analysts
Specialized in setting up costing system and cost analysis; able to provide guideline, coach and supervise completion of budgeting by team work of all departments; analytical mindset with engineering background preferred; sound high level judgment with strong grip of big picture consistency and reasonableness
strong computer skills; ERP experience
good command of English
accountable; having the initiative to work independently; able to work under pressure; good at time management with a strong sense of timeliness; detail oriented and decent packaging of presentation
relevant accounting qualification certificate; training experience in cost analysis, total budgeting management
good communication and leadership skills; ability to work with and/or supervise a variety of people; team player in working with division chiefs to sort out sources of deficiencies; innovative in reducing cost and increasing efficiency
