Vice General Manager, Technical Support Division (Can be at Director level depending on candidate experience)
Shanghai
• Assist General Manager managing technical Support Division
• Maintain all servers, including Unix/Linux based software development servers and database servers, LAN,VPN, support technical operations of whole company (including overseas branch office)
• Manage 4 departments within the division. Manage detailed division operations including staff hiring, training, with strong emphasis on work discipline, quality and productivity;
• Lead the effort in providing technical solution for hardware and platform(operation system) software, as well as technical support for headquarters, all branch office and some clients
• University degree in computing and related area;
• Fluent English with CET6 or equivalent;
• Five years experiences in managing 50 staff team; good management skill including staff, project and technical management;
• Familiar with Unix/Linux, Solaris, WebLogic, WebSphere, OracleAS and basic J2EE framework, as well as Oracle database;
• Familiar with LAN administration;
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline and creativity;
• Large software company technical support management experiences a plus; mission critical production system support management experiences a plus;
技术部副总经理(可考虑公司总监级别)
上海
• 协助技术总经理全面对技术团队进行管理;
• 维护公司内部开发服务器（软件开发服务器管理、局域网管理、VPN、数据库管理），支持公司技术运作案(包括海外分公司);
• 管理四个子部门; 参与团队的制度化建设;承担团队培养、人员培训的职责, 重点关注工作纪律,质量,效率;
• 参与公司内部硬件和平台软件技术问题的解决，为总部和国内外各分公司以及客户提供技术支持。
• 本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业毕业;
• 具有优秀的英语沟通交流能力，CET6及以上;
• 具有至少五年的五十人以上技术团队管理经验，具有良好的团队管理能力（包括人员管理、项目管理、技术管理等）;
• 熟悉以下技术：Unix/Linux系统、SUN Solaris系统、基本J2EE架构，熟悉WebLogic, WebSphere, OracleAS中间件;熟悉Oracle数据库;
• 精通公司内部网络管理;
• 具备良好的职业成熟度，富有责任心、团队精神和创新精神;
• 有大型产品类软件公司技术支持管理经验者优先。有关键生产系统支持经验者优先。
