Job summary：
Maintenance to assure normal and efficient production with lowest cost, stability and high safety.
Responsibility：
Fully responsible for equipment performance improvement and optimization, be responsible for maintenance organization, performance development so as to enhance equipment availability and utilization.
Overall control of establishing and implementation of the correct PM system, follow up with PM system execution and effectiveness;
Set up reasonable spare part inventory level based on bottleneck equipment analysis and purchasing lead time aspects, control cost under budget through right spare part management and PM implementation, support on any necessary spare parts, equipment localization project.
Establish key process down time, utilization statistic and analysis system, to provide necessary information and support operation with sufficient equipment availability.
Set up equipment history record system, responsible for all equipment buy off documents, numbering system and/or other quality; finance management requirements.
As a important role/function to lead the maintenance group to support/participant all required quality/safety/process/cost/efficiency improvement projects;
Responsible for department budget setting, cost control, people recruitment, training and performance appraisal.
Requirements:
30~40 years old.
College Diploma in machinery, experiences in electrical, automation and instrument is a plus.
6+ years of mechanical maintenance experiences are preferable.
3+ years experiences in foreign /JV invested manufacturing company.
Maintenance management skills, capability to manage a team is essential, 3+ Years experience as maintenance supervisory position, give priority to the planned maintenance
Work in English is essential; Office software applying skill. Familiar with SAP/Micro soft Project will be advantage.
High sense of responsibility, positive，hard working, rational thinking, co-operation, good communication and problem solving skill.
capable to work under pressure
Project skill is a plus.
