Responsibilities:
-Leading a team in carrying out internal audit assignments(including financial and operational) of the various business segments of the Group;
-Designing and implementing the internal control testing procedures independently;
-Reviewing the work of the junior team members to ensure the validity of the audit findings and the constructive recommendations;
-Drafting the internal audit report with valuable and constructive recommendations;
-Assisting the Group Internal Audit Manager in the execution of the strategic / annual audit plan and the formulation of audit policy and procedures for the Group;
-Following up issues identified timely and driving the implementation;
-Providing coaching and constructive feedback to junior team members;
-Improving the audit efficiency of the team.
Pre-requisites:
-A Bachelor or Degree in accounting/finance related discipline or above;
-At least 5 years audit/internal audit /finance related experience with 3 years audit experience in one of the Big 4 audit firm;
-Strong business awareness and capability of identifying risks and audit issues;
-Team player, socially confident with excellent organization skill;
-Self starter with sound analytical skill and proactive in problem solving;
-Strong written and verbal communication in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin;
-Strong interpersonal skill and highly motivated;
-Able to work under pressure; and willing to travel occasionally.
