Service Desk North Asia Team Leader (Japanese Speaker)

Main Responsibilities:

* Manage North Asia support team in Service Desk, (Japan/Korean Customer)
* 管理客服中心东亚项目组（面向日韩客户）
* Monitor and ensure team performance

Requirements:
职位要求：
* IT Helpdesk working experience, at least 3 years, familiar with service desk operation
* 三年以上IT客服工作经验，熟悉IT客服的工作流程
* Good communication skill, strong service sense
* 良好的沟通技能和服务意识
* Team management skill, experience in leading a team
* 有团队管理经验，具备团队管理技能
* Experience in service desk customer transition
* 具备一定的客服中心客户转换经验
* Good Japanese skills, native level; other language skill is plus
* 精能日语（母语水平），同时会其他语种者优先
* Overseas experience (in Japan) is plus

Identifying market opportunities and potential process manufacturing customers (hunting), development and implementation of successful sales strategies.
To manage and develop relationships with assigned accounts in order to maintain existing revenue streams and to secure new and extension contracts.
Develop and maintain high level relationships with the key accounts assigned.
To build up knowledge in process industry with the understanding of the market’s business requirements and thereafter, effective translation into the most optimal solution to the customer.

Responsibilities:
University qualification in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science and / or relevant area.
5 - 8 years of progressive ICT sales and marketing experience and responsibility in the process manufacturing industry. Proven track record in sales.
Strong und aggressive (hunting) sales skills, drive to succeed, results oriented.
Extensive knowledge specifically of the IT market in the region and the process manufacturing industry.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and high level of creativity is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication in Mandarin Chinese and English
Interpersonal skills to evoke commitment from the client and integrity in all dealings.
