Report to: Genenal Manager
Subordinates: 60-70
Responsibility:
- Managing .NET & J2EE technical teams
- Acting as Technical Architect for important projects
- Interfacing with customers to define technology decisions and providing confidence to customers in Bamboo technical team
- Review technical architecture, technical design and coding for all projects periodically
- Proactively identify current & future technical problems in various projects and guide the technical teams in problem resolution
- Research new technology, provide technology direction to the teams and guide teams in new technology
- Guide individual technical resource by training, mentoring, assisting with certifications
- Create a technical body of knowledge which can be reused
- Create a reusable framework to reduce time & effort on project delivery
- Manage & mentor technical team members on a long term basis
- Coordinate with Project Management & SEPG teams to ensure technical priorities are defined while planning organization wide initiatives
- Work with presales team to provide estimations, technical solutions and proposals for new projects
-Work with resource management team for people management and people assignment to various projects
- Handle all issues relating to customer, people from a technical perspective
Requirments:
- sound knowledge of current technologies and the principles of software engineering, relevant technologies are: Java, Microsoft, xml, RDBS.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, creativity, innovation, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment
- Fluent in English
- Management Skills
