To manage test automation development and deployment, develop and maintain related automated test cases and testing tools. Plan and allocate resources to test project, continue develop testing technical, competence and process improvement. Supervise team leaders/members in test automation development and deployment team, coordinate with test project office, other test execution units, test development office.
Essential Job Functions:
People Management
Drive staffing, and performance management of test competence groups. Supervise people in daily work.
Resource allocation and cost control
Understanding of competence of individual subordinate for appropriate assignment of role in each project.
Drive Automated Test sc<x>ripts/case Development and Maintenance
Drive develop and maintain automated test cases for certain test areas.
Drive Global test services
Drive develop and maintain automated test cases for certain test areas.
QA and Process
Develop/deploy GTCC processes, continue improve processes align with operation develop plan in terms of test automation.
Checking & Approval
Review and approve relevant plan, report and test cases in terms of test automation.
Qualifications:
Academic/Professional Education
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Mobile Communication or Network Communication etc.
Relevant Experience
Above 6 years in SW verification / development, i.e. of the mobile products; 3+ years experience in project management and/or people management.
Strong leadership skills, communication skills
Technical Skills & Knowledge ( outside academic/professional education )
SW Verification or Development, excellent English in speaking & writing
