Complaint:
It has been repeatedly manifested in this BBS that this BBS should be and is run based on laws, by laws, and regulations. The current version of the regulations is herein included here as Exhibit One.
It is found that the Defendant’s following two posts violated Rule No. 1, Code No. (1.1):
“使用动物、亲属、排泄物和性词汇攻击本坛网友。”
These two posts of the Defendant’s are herein included here as Exhibit Two and Exhibit Three.
It is further found that the Defendant’s following one post violated Rule No. 1, Code No. (1.5):
“损害本网站的利益及威胁网友安全的帖子。”
This post of the Defendant’s is herein included here as Exhibit Four.
Remedy Sought:
According to Rule “封名” manifested in Exhibit One, the Defendant has substantially violated Code No. (3) of this Rule.
Further given the fact that the Defendant is one of the Webmasters of this BBS, the Defendant has knowingly and deliberately violated these Rules.
Based on the above ground, the Defendant should be blocked to the maximum extension of 60 days.
Further based on the above ground, the Authorities of this BBS should investigate whether the Defendant is appropriate to act as the Webmaster of this BBS. Prior to this investigation to be concluded, the Defendant should be suspended from acting as the Webmaster.
