一个国内的大公司在1993年的时候买了一家东德的公司。这家德国公司已经停产多年，只剩下房产和土地要卖。国内公司希望能把房产和土地卖掉。
我两年前曾经试图帮助他们，但是没有成功。前几天他们的老总又来找我，告诉我这次一定一定帮他们把这个问题解决了，他们马上就要搞股份制改革了，所以不能再拖了。而且他讲，事成之后一定给很优厚的报酬（我可以和他们事前谈好）。
我和他们老总私交不错，所以这次不得不帮这个忙。
本人对德国不甚了解，如果这里有德国的朋友愿意帮忙（联系到买主或是联系到当地的中介公司），不胜感激！（不是白帮忙，这是有报酬的）。

The factory has ceased production for many years. So, the production line is not good any more, but they do have a few production equipments that have some value.
Most of their patents has expired. So, they don't have many patents.
They still have the brand name of Renak, but need to reinstate it.
The most valuable assets now are the real estate, that includes the land and the building.
The land is about 4100 square meters with a building of the gross floor area 6665 square meters. The building has the basement of 800 square meters, 1st floor of 1670 square meters, 2nd floor of 1670 square meters, 3rd floor of 1670 square meters, and the 4th floor of 855 square meters.
The building is in good condition with water and heating and all utility supplies. It is ready to be use for any production.
Building: 6665 sq meter (71741 sq foot)
rebuild value= 10.17 million German Mark
(= 5.20 million Euro or 6.52 million US dollor)
Land: 4147 sq meter (44638 sq foot or 1.0247 acres)
Market Price = 6 million German Mark
(= 3.068 million Euro or 3.85 million US dollor)
