职位：海外业务拓展总监
主要职责：
1.维护和发展现有客户、拓展新的客户以达到公司业务增长；
2.管理现有客户关系，通过与客户会谈来确定新的业务机遇和解决运作过程中的问题；
3.识别、寻找、研究、确认合适的业务机会，以符合公司销售策略；
4.使用适当的方式进行内部和外部的沟通、联系和谈判，以促进业务的持续发展；
5.识别和参加合适的会议、行业活动，组织、协调营销活动和集团活动来增进关系，提高公司声誉；
6.对市场情况和竞争者的活动进行监督和汇报，为管理层提供分析和建议。
岗位描述：
1.最低大学本科毕业，管理、市场或其他相关专业；
2.拥有至少3年以上销售、市场或商务拓展等成功的工作经验；
3.拥有游戏、动画制作、数字多媒体行业相关经验者优先；
4.具有良好的英语、汉语的书面及口头表达能力；
5.优秀的沟通和分析能力；
6.良好的团队精神和领导力；
7.自我激励型，结果导向型；
8.良好的时间管理和计划能力；
9.友善的、职业化的风范，良好的演讲能力；
10.熟练使用电脑；
11.适应国内和国际出差。
Job Description
1. Maintain and develop present clients, exploit new clients to keep business development;
2. Mange present client relation, clear the new business opportunity and resolve running problems through communication with clients;
3. Identify and search suitable business opportunity to match sale strategy;
4. Communicate, contact and negotiate with best manner to promote business development;
5. Identify and attend suitable conferences, industry activities, harmonize sales movement and group activities to promote relationships and improve company credit;
6. Supervise and report the market situation and competitors movements to supply useful analyze and suggestions for management groups.
Requirements:
1. University degree in marketing or relevant field;
2.5 - 7 years' of experience, preferably gained in a multinational professional services firm or PR agency;
3. Strong organizational skills and leadership ability, and the maturity to manage both internal and external client relationships at senior levels;
4.A leader able to manage and motivate a team of other marketing professionals;
5.Highly creative and innovative;
6.A team player with good interpersonal skills, self-initiated and results-oriented;
7.Excellent oral and written communications skills in Mandarin and English;
8.An established network of media contacts will be viewed favorably.
