- The client has an immediate opening for a Talented, Creative Quality Director with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Do you have:
• Depth of experience in the mobile and telecommunication R&D process
• Knowledge of statistical tools, DMAIC / DMADV Six Sigma processes
• Experience with product development and project governance structure. Proven track record in implementing and driving change in a global, matrix organization.
• Experience in Product Quality Management, including Software Quality Assurance and Control, Hardware Quality Assurance and Control
• Ability to work with cross functional organizations in affecting change and implementing project plans. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships.
• Experience in Customer Interface. Working as the primary contact to the customer for all customer satisfaction issues. Enhancing customer relationship.
• Experience Managing a Team. Mentoring team members to grow and exceed expectations
• Experience Working as Part of a Global Team and matrix organization. Foster and maintain excellent relations with headquarters and other team peers
• Personal Attributes
o Ms EE degree required, MBA a plus
o Fluent in English, fluent in Mandarin a strong plus.
o Absolute personal integrity
o Highly responsible and thrives in an environment that demands accountability
