Be responsible for establishing and maintaining company training system, and make sure that the system is effective;
Assist in developing company annual training plan as well as be in charge of the execution of the plan;
Assist in developing company training policy and training service agreement;
Be responsible for designing and developing various training programs and training courses;
Be responsible for conducting training effectiveness evaluation to improve training quality;
Be responsible for recruiting;
Responsible to handle all the procedures of employment, reassignment or renew contract;
Responsible for the employee turn over report.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree majored in HR or management is preferred;
More than 5 years relevant working experience in manufacturing enterprise;
Familiar with training and hiring, understand the requirements of QS9000 and VDA6.1;
Strong communication and presentation skills;
Strong teamwork spirit, leadership and organization skills are also required;
Good English capability both in written and spoken.
