Position Target
Safely manufacturing all products with appropriate quality and productivity.
Main Responsibility
1、 Supervise and drive production according plan and to meet customer requirements.
2、 Driving “Zero” safety incidents and accidents in production area.
3、 Driving “Zero” quality incidents.
4、 Continue to improve production cycle time and reduce loss to improve productivity.
5、 Make and execute people development plan.
6、 Making and controlling production cost budget.
7、 Actively communicate with relative departments (Sales, Logistics, Sourcing, HR etc.) to solve the cross department issues.
8、 Manage people in production area.
Knowledge, experience and skill requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, Chemical Engineer is preferred.
2. Resin and coating production experience.
3. Good team spirit and decision making.
4. Minimum one year in management role, Team player.
5. Fluent English.
