职位：ASIC设计总工程师Director of VLSI/Pinciple engineer:
1) Job Function职责描述
A) Design mixed signal LCD driver IC设计混合信号LCD DRIVER IC
B) Lead and manage design engineers and layout engineers领导、管理设计和LAYOUT工程师
C) Responsible for product definition, micro architecture, design flow, and EDA selection.负责产品定义，微结构，设计流程，以及EDA 选择
D) Participate in generating product road map.参与制作产品 road map
2) Candidates must have the following qualifications.
A) B.S Degree in EE or Computer Science from a well know university. M.S. preferred.
A) 学士学位，重点大学电子或计算机专业，硕士优先
B) 5 years of experience on LCD driver IC is a must.需有5年LCD DRIVER相关经验
C) Familiar with competitor’s products.熟悉同行产品
D) Knowledge of the history of the LCD driver IC in Taiwan.了解台湾LCD DRIVER发展历史
E) Solid understanding of the architecture and key circuit blocks of LCD driver IC including PWM/FRC, charge pump, ESD, voltage regulator, voltage follower, SRAM, etc.对LCD DRIVER的架构和关键电路，比如PWM/FRC ,charge pump, ESD, voltage regulator, SRAM等有良好的认识
F) Solid understanding of all the issues involved in designing LCD driver IC including full custom circuit design, layout design, RTL coding, foundry support, packaging, and dft. 对LCD DRIVER设计，包括全客户定制电路设计，layou 设计，RTL coding ,foundry支持，封装，DFT中的问题有良好的理解
G) Familiar with mixed signal design and verification flow.熟悉混合信号电路设计和验证流程
H) Strong analog and logic circuit design background.具有良好的数模电路设计背景
I) Good understanding of SRAM design对SRAM 设计有良好的理解
J) Project lead and team management experience is a must.需有项目和团队管理经验
