项目经历：
Have done more than two 完整的大型项目，能够计划、管理项目，具备丰富SAP System Administration经验，有5年以上的SAP行业从业经验。
系统掌握能力：至少精通一个以上SAP模块，掌握其他各相关模块及集成，根据客户需求自由地进 行配置，能系统全局地把握所学技能，能熟练进行报表开发，掌握ABAP/4语言，精通function spec设计。
System Adminstration:
Have 3 years relational databases experience (Oracle, DB2, etc.). Have 3 years UNIX experience with shell scripts (AIX, Solaris, Linux, etc)
演讲能力 is a plus：
具有优秀的大型企业的项目实施方案写作能力。具有较强的演讲能力，能自由发挥，重点
讲解，把握客户的心理和需求。
工作态度：

Specialties Request:
This person will install and upgrade, document, test and troubleshoot SAP systems and RDBMS database software using prescribed methods and standards; design, develop, document and help implement all SAP systems backup and recovery strategies, keeping disaster recovery in mind; and recommend, design and develop systems monitoring strategies using CCMS and other monitoring tools. This person will design and develop strategies for SAP system backups and restores for test system refreshes; use job scheduling, backup, and monitoring and event alerting tools for systems support; and provide a high level of technical expertise in supporting ABAP Software Developers and SAP system Functional Team members. This person will study short term and long term SAP systems requirements and estimate future system resource configuration (such as CPU, memory and disk) based on current statistics. The main tasks are SAP System Installations, upgrades, support packs. This person will be
involved in the setup of TMS, Client copies, Profile Parameters; the day to day Basis Administrative Tasks such as System Monitoring, Problem Resolution, Corrective Action OSS notes, kernel upgrades; OS and Database monitoring, tuning, and corrective action System maintenance and Regular Backups.
Candidates must have 2 - 3 years of hands on experience with Basis Administration across all technical areas of SAP MyERP 2004 (ECC 5.0), WebAS 640 (ABAP and J2EE). Experience with SAP New Dimension Products (Netweaver, ECC 5.0, Portals, BW, Exchange Infrastructure) would be desired. 1-2 years of experience with operating system (SuSE SLES 9 and AIX) and database management system (Oracle/DB2) administration, problem resolution and tuning is required.
