Our efforts in identifying a prospective target business will not be limited to a particular industry. However, in the event ChinaGrowth South Acquisition Corporation, an entity formed by our principals simultaneously with our incorporation, executes a definitive acquisition agreement, then we will have virtually unrestricted flexibility in identifying and selecting a prospective target business in the PRC as described below. We do not have any specific share capital exchange, asset or share acquisition or other business combination or contractual arrangements under consideration.
