lame duck administration. Peaked out his career, made all the money in the world, now wants to do some bungee jump?
Public service is a good calling, but within 2yrs remainder term, what's his chance to make a difference or top Rubin's record? Or maybe he sees the need to step in to prevent some disaster, that could be a good reason. Very puzzling.
