Responsibilities：
Responsible for identifying scope for automation within processes.
Responsible for Conducting the feasibility study.
Responsible for conducting a detailed system analysis & design.
Provide software / hardware requirements to the business centre head with a Cost Benefit Analysis(wherever additional cost is involved) prepared in consultation with Operations.
Project management and the entire system development life-cycle including system testing & implementation.
Responsible for leveraging the tools designed in other BPDO center and modification for local utilization.
Requirements:
Client - server architecture predominantly with experience in SQL Server/Oracle, MS-Access, VB/C++, HTML/ASP/PHP/JSP, System analysis and design.
Bachelors in IT or computer science or equivalent, at least 3 years of experience in a software company working on similar technology.
possess good communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in English is a must and Japanese competency is an advantage.
