I have already checked all the rules in my university and my working research institute. I am very lucky, I can hold 100% of my own patent. That is a very special case. Very nice.
Now I start the real procedure for the application of the US patent. I have several questions:
1)if I directly apply for the US patent, how to manage it?
2)as a small entity, at least, how much cost is necessary?
3)at least, how long time I can get my patent issued?
4)at least, how long time I need to wait to get the formal publishment by the US patent and marker office to get the royalty before my patent is issued?
5)for the different patent right claim, how much will the cost range by the number of the claims? how strong will my patent get protected?
