Title: Sr. Process Integrator Engineer
Working Location: SH
Requirements:
1. Management of new process development and process integration, linking all processes from bipane to finishing, especially on the interfacing between different process steps and the overall process flow, focusing on the balancing between different processes and the product per formance through the processes.
2. Define specification of materials, equipment and chemicals used in bipane to finishing processes.
3. Develop and release related design rule of the processes from bipane to finishing
4. Provide technical support to PSM in relevant to CSTN supply chain, color filter and material suppliers, and partner lines, including the related release activities. Interface to process development, manufacturing operation, process engineering, QA, failure analysis, product development and partner manufacturing in batch and cell making processes.
Job Specifications Academic / Professional Qualification:
1. Degree in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Material Science
2. Strong academic background, preferably with higher degree and research experience
Working experience:
1. At least 5 years working experience in LCD bipane making, cell making to finishing processes, especially with sound experience working in different process steps
2. Preferably with working experience in development.
Expertise / Skills:
1. Fluent in written and spoken English is a mandatory requirment
2. Good engineering knowledge in different process steps.
3. Preferably with working experience in development
