- Work individual or lead a project team to develop analog IP product. It includes system analysis, architecture development, block level design, simulation, verification, and evaluation of leading edge Mixed Signal, RF circuits, CMOS imaging sense, ultra-low noise pixels, SoC column buffers, high-speed & low-noise amplifiers, ADC and DAC design, common mixed signal sub-circuits, active filters (continuous time, switched cap, and digital), VCO's and crystal oscillators.
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of experience of analog circuits design at transistor level
- Experience developing IC engineering test methods, hardware, and software
- Leadership and interpersonal skills necessary to work with and direct lab technicians

- Extensive experience in mixed-signal VLSI integration, verification and end-to-end development

- Software programming experience in high-level languages such as Java, C++, C, or Perl
- Reviewing direct reports' work; chairing design reviews; providing technical leadership and guidance; supervising day-to-day activities; evaluating performance; and generating staffing plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
