The house is located in YaYun Village ( North Circle 4), named XinXin Estate, the neighbor estate is a famous golf court, the surrounding area in the living estate is spacious, full of green plants, with sports facilities, and a lake with swimming ducks, etc. The renting area would be 40 m2 (the whole space is in the upper floor, quite independent, which includes a sunshine living room, an independent bathroom, and a bedroom, of which are all decorated thoughtfully and artistically). The rental fee is RenMinBi3000Yuan, which includes breakfast and supper eating with the family together.)
