Principal Responsibilities
·Reporting Team Management
o Train and develop SP&A specialists to quickly move beyond reporting to data based business analysis
o Effective recruiting and task allocation within the team to efficiently utilize resources
o Ensure that all critical reports (sales, marketing, services) are error free, and released on time
o Career development counseling and regular 1 x 1s to manage work process
o Proactively engage with business, marketing, and other SP&A counterparts to set up / refine metrics management systems
· HSB Sales Planning and Analysis
o Daily / weekly / quarterly tracking and analysis of transactional business metrics and execution
o Recommend action items and track execution to assure that business is back on track
o Regular interlock with APJ SP&A counterparts to adopt BoB practices
o Lead quarterly planning (capacity, execution, initiative) process
o Own and manage the Integrated Demand Model
Requirements
Essential:
· 6~8 years working experience, preferably in a multinational corporation
· Degree qualified in Accounting/Finance/Business/Marketing
· Experienced in business analysis and control in a fast paced environment with tight datelines
· Strong business acumen
· Strong problem solving and people management skills
· Advanced consulting/influencing/negotiating skills
· Strong Excel and analytical skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and strong English or Chinese proficiency
Desirable:
Experience within IT, Electronics industry
