Sales Director, Asia
The Sales Director, Asia, reports directly to the World Wide Vide President of Sales and is based in Shanghai.
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Develop, build and manage a sales channel (Direct and Indirect) to provide PMC’s customers with World Class Pre and Post win support
·Responsible for development and execution of Asia Pacific sales strategy, to include Korea, China, Taiwan and India
·In conjunction with the World Wide Vice President of Sales, is responsible for the creation of annual budgets; is solely responsible for management of annual budgets
·Responsible for revenue plan management and annual design win plan management
·Develop excellent relationships with key account, channel partners
·Select channel partners, motivate, measure and review sales performance in each country
·Responsible for determining resource needs for Asia sales and recruiting high caliber personnel into the sales organization
·Ensures direct and indirect sales channel is well trained and motivated
·Build strong internal communication with Business Divisions and PMC Executives
REQUIREMENTS
·Bachelor Degree
·Successful candidate will have 7-10 years Sales and Sales Management experience in Semiconductor Industry who has built solid relationships with PMC target customers
·Demonstrated ability to manage direct and indirect (Representative and Distribution Channel)
·Knowledge and relationship with key China, Taiwan and Korean Datacom, Telecom and Consumers customers: (Huawai, ZTE ,Samsung, Fibrehome, Honghai/Foxconn, Askey, D-link, and Accton. Lenovo, TCL, START, BBK and HAIER would be considered an asset)
·Demonstrated track record of success in growing sales and market share in a technically related field
·3+ years of experience working for a North American based company
·Strong Communication Skills
·Understand Complex Product Design in Cycle
·Seasons Management and Leadership skills
·Comfortable selling to and interfacing with top management at key customers
