I just got an offer from USA. Since I am living in France and an Chinese passport holder, I wonder how I apply my Visa to USA. My employer in USA is working on my H1-B Visa for me. Shall I go back to China to apply or stay in France to apply? By the way, My Visa in France is a student visa up to 20,11, 2004. Some guys said it is quite easy whereever in France or in China. while others said I have to go back to China to apply it , whose result is unpredictable. I have no idea about that.
