I do feel I am responsible to be a mentor for people who don’t know better, let’s just call it leaning curve for such. Let me just shed some lights on their misery life. First of all, to be honest and learn to communicate. Among professionals like me, when we have any problem, we are open ourselves and go straight up to talk about issues, then iron it out and move on your life. Just to be honest about it, it is very simple and straight forward. It is called communication skill. I do see a lot of Chinese ways of scheming here. What is Chinese kind of scheming? they don’t face the issues, they indirectly fabricate joke or story like analogy to express their sarcastic view which is destructive and disrespectful. Let me tell you something, pal, nobody gives shit about your stupid “indirect analogy shit”, don’t hide somewhere to scheme your ass off. By the way, those scheming story is pretty childish to the people with decent analytical skill and logical reasoning like me. It is really moronic. Only outcome to me from those scheming is to make me laugh for those who made it, furthermore, I would treat them as total idiotic losers. Secondly, be open-minded and expand your scope. There are a lot of things you don’t like or you don’t want to hear, maybe you just nevere experience or heard of before. Don’t be afraid of stepping out your little comfortable zone. In a democratic society different opinions are fundamental, people are free to express their views. You can’t shut off just because you don’t like them. Don’t be panic when you hear different opinion and act like chicken without head. Actually regardless you like it or not, truth is still there. Even reality sometimes could be a little harsh, but it is time to grow up. It is called building character. Learning to deal with difference is quite important. Yeah, I don’t go any further today, it is time for those to digest and be grownup.
