* He (She) should distinguish technical issue between business issue when problem or difficulty is happen, because when the difficulty will happen, he must decide where he should ask consult between technical side or business side.
* Technical field
Generally understand about internet and web business. Portal business or e-Commerce business experience is primarily necessary. It will be better if He (She) could have some experiences in doing customer problem solving area.
* Service field
He (She) must find and understand the needs of customers. And He (She) must understand the technical process of services.
* Client Management (Alliances)
He (She) must understand the contracts which made by business division in detail, and should understand precisely about the conditions.
He (She) can continuously handle and take care of customers after the contract.
* Management field
He (She) will be in charge of our company’s billings, especially of B2C services.. He (She) precisely understand our business models and cash flows.
He (She) will manage between technical and business side, so he (she) must has technical background of organization managements.
* If we cannot find proper person who satisfied all the conditions,
1) The primary condition is at least he (she) needs to understand the essential of Internet or Portal business BM.
2) At least he (she) must has some experiences in technical part (at least one years or more)
3) It is very important that he (she) can manage various kind of organizations
A webmaster who worked for e-Commerce Site (Internet Shopping mall) will be good, I think. Because he(she) can understand internet related techniques and he (she) learned some marketing references.
He (She) can supported by technical division in technical area, and he can manage the Call Center by management of the person responsible.
A person who has a internet business mind will be OK.
