In terms of the role of strategic operation, you will have opportunity to connect below key tasks:
1. Lead to run the process of BG/BU level annual planning, and deep involved in strategy and planning exploration
2. Lead the system of KPI management, including setting, tracking, and assessment
3. Design and execute business management system

Job requirement
1. Master degree in business administration or engineering from a top-tier university, or Doctor degree, or university diploma. Excellent academic track record, graduating within the top 5-20% of class
2. 2-3 years’ experience in internet service areas, and well insight for strategic thinking
3. Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
4. Proficient in spoken and written English, overseas experience preferred
