Community Marketing Manager
A leading mobile social game developer in China is looking for a COMMUNITY MARKETING MANAGER for US & EU market to join its growing team of talented artists, developers and designers.which have offices in Beijing, Tokyo and San Francisco.
This position will be ba<x>sed in Beijing office, with occasional travel to other offices. It is for folks who look forward to being part of an exciting company in a vibrant city.
Top candidates will gain experience in developing comprehensive game operation skills in mobile gaming industry.
Responsibilities:
? Design and implement creative communication and engagement tactics
? Manage and promote in-game and forum events
? Ensure optimal engagement, community impact
? Develop relationships with influential members of the community
? Communicate with customers to understand their needs and demands
? Maintain a fun and cooperative gaming community
? Collaborate with marketing team to create effective community plans
Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree
? Minimum 2 years or equivalent experience in Internet industry
? Avid user of social networking tools
? Profound understanding of consumer behavior in western markets
? Passion for games
? Native English speaker or have a minimum 3-years’ abroad living experience
Other (optional) qualifications
? Customer support experience
? Excellent communication and teamwork skills
? Mandarin Chinese is a plus, not a requirement
