Director, Vaccine
岗位职责：
•Responsible to ensure that lab adheres to our mission, goals and objectives.
•Directs and conduct research relevant to public standards in the areas of Vaccines.
•Develop annual budgets, projects resources, capital and maintenance of Vaccine Group
•Assists VP in planning, implementing and evaluating laboratory procedures/systems.
•Assist in the client-MC activities including collaborative RS development works internationally
•Coordinate different collaborative projects, training projects in the area of Vaccine at National and International level
•Assist VP in expansion plan with proper recommendations for the Vaccine facility
•Supervises staff as assigned. Performs supervisory duties such as performance reviews, objective setting, staff development and career counseling
•Responsible for preparation/review and implementation of SOPs, Protocol etc.
•Attends scientific seminars as appropriate.
•Demonstrates a strong desire to continue learning and grow personal capability.
•Identifies, evaluates, optimizes, recommends and implements new approaches or processes to improve Group’s operations.
•Performs other duties as assigned.
任职资格的具体描述：
Ph.D./Master’s degree in Biochemistry or Biotechnology with laboratory experience no less than 10 years, in the areas of Polysaccharide and Multivalent vaccines.
