大型能源企业(>1000人)招聘海外财务经理 - 苏州
汇报对象：海外财务总监
薪资范围：税前月薪15-25k
要求：prefer有美国上市企业财务相关经验，海归工作经验者优先
Key Responsibility：
Conduct overseas related accounting research in US GAAP. Work with reporting team to finalize new business account treatment and Memo.
Provides advice and guidance on all accounting matters including financial systems, record keeping, analysis and reporting
Provide strategic analysis as required to drive improved decision making
Collaborate with senior management team regarding budget and forecasting.
Work with HQ treasury to prepare annual cash flow budget, monthly rolling cash forecast, as well as allocate funding cross Canada region and HQ
Review/Generate reports of performance against budgets
Review management report for overseas subsidiaries and support all audit work related.
Provide HQ’s daily support and guidance for overseas’ accounting operations
Assist for transfer pricing and international tax issues
工作经验：
University level degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum of 6+ years of related experience. Technically strong in accounting reporting and research areas
Computer literacy: Excellent abilities with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Advanced skills most desirable, excellent in accounting software, ERP software.
High level of professionalism; able to work independently;
collaborate with Canadian team as needed. Ability to work with clients and understands the sales process or has previously supported senior level managers.
Great organizational skills, anticipates needed actions, attention to details and exercises initiative within scope of responsibilities
