全球排名前列的电机集团企业，招聘高级工程经理，开发集团新设备，需要英语流利，有非标设备开发经验，有海外工作或者留学经验。工作地点在海外或国内等

 Responsibilities :
 Manage an Engineering Department of Research and Development to improve, optimize & upgrade the overall technology level of the manufacturing machine, fixture and tooling etc. group or divisions to the world class standard
 Formulate the Technology roadmap and take leadership on Centre of Excellence(COE) System and knowledge management
 Conduct research and develop new machines, fixtures, tooling, components, technologies, processes and manufacturing systems ba<x>se on defined technology roadmap
 Manage all projects undertaking to achieve defined engineering goals & targets
 Drive process optimization to improve process capability, product quality, lead time & cost
 Make collaboration or strategic research projects with top notch Universities, Institutions, Associations to acquire essential knowledge, technology & knowhow
 Arrange technical visits, seminars , trainings, presentations & meetings to educate, upgrade & grow engineers
 Requirements:
 PHD degree in Engineering or related discipline;
 8 or above years of relevant working experiences in research & development of components manufacturing process in which 3 years must be a supervisor/team leader/manager of sizeable corporation
 Experience in managing projects with different nationalities according to timeline & resources is preferred
 Good connection with top notch Universities, Institutions & Associations
 Good communication & presentation skills
 Good problem solving skill & reasoning
 Good English and Mandarin
 5-day stationed in ShenZhen Plant
